Hi there! I'm Belinda, and my journey in healthcare and transforming businesses began long before I ever stepped foot in a skilled nursing facility. At just 15 years old, I became a caregiver to my quadriplegic father – an experience that shaped not only who I am today, but my entire understanding of what compassionate care truly means.That early experience taught me lessons you can't learn in any textbook: the importance of dignity in care, the strength that comes from vulnerability, and how the right support can transform lives.
From CNA to Regional Director
My professional journey started as a CNA, where those early caregiving lessons came full circle. I understood firsthand what it meant to care for others during their most vulnerable moments, and more importantly, what families needed during those challenging times.
As I grew into my role as Regional Director of Business Development, overseeing 23 incredible staff members, I discovered my true passion – helping healthcare facilities, teams & small businesses not just survive, but flourish.
